World Peace Through Meditation Project
As initiated by Phra Tep Jetiyajan, Luangphor Viriyang Sirintharo, Lord Abbot of Wat Dhammamongkol, the aim of this project is to bring peace and tranquility to all the people in this world regardless of their race, creed or faith and to enable sound development of mental health and physical well being to be achieved, leading to real happiness.
Only advice will be offered; in no way is anyone coerced to follow nor is anyone implicitly or explicitly required to abandon his or her original faith. The advice on daily practice of meditation and development of mind power is to bring tranquility to our daily life and to ultimately enjoy sound physical and mental health.

Peace and tranquility will exist on earth for the following two reasons:
1. Ahimsa dhamma : refraining from committing offenses against one another (i.e. be it by words or deeds).
2. Metta dhamma : self-sacrifice and mutual assistance.
In actual fact, everyone in this world possesses mind power. Over - utilization of mind power in daily working life causes unbearable stress and strain resulting in unwittingly doing the sort of things which cause trouble for oneself and others, simply because there is a depletion of mind power per se to put this emotion under control.
