"The Meditation Instructor Course" is very suitable
for those who are interested because it offers a path for the meditator
and allows him to introduce it to others. Phra Tep Jetiyajarn, Luangphor
Viriyang Sirintharo has designed a very simple curriculum that enables
everyone to study at ease. Whether novices or experienced, the meditators
are able to study, gain thorough knowledge and understanding in meditation. It
is hoped that the graduated Meditation Instructors will be able to
teach meditation to others because the course consists of both theory
and practice. The Meditation Instructors are fully equipped with thorough
knowledge because the course emphasizes the fundamental aspects of
meditation. They should be able to introduce a simple but effective
method to others. This will promote fundamental happiness, which will
reduce stress for individuals as well as brighten their wisdom. Whether
they are youths, working age, or the elders, there are lessons for
all of them. Meditation is suitable for learners at all ages and genders
because it promotes a healthy physical and mental condition |

|
|
| The course is divided into three terms with 40 days
each. There are definite instructions and practices so that the Meditation
Instructors can obtain realistic experiences. Additionally, there
are revision sessions in which students are able to raise questions
until all of their inquiries are clarified. By doing so, they gain
thorough knowledge and profound understanding in a comfortable atmosphere.

|
|
|
|
| To benefit from both theory and practice, Meditation
Instructors are required to attend 200 hours of the course in order
to be entitled to take the final exams. Upon their completion, they
are also required to take a meditation journey for 4 days and 3 nights.
The studies and practices of the Meditation Instructor Course have
a systematic and standard curriculum that offers effective and consistent
studying. It will equip the Meditation Instructors with a unified
and efficient operation. |
